Horrendous Trip!!!

I really hope you get this fast. I could not inform anyone about my trip, because it was impromptu. I had to be in Istanbul, Turkey for a program. The program was successful, but my journey has turned sour. I misplaced my wallet and cell phone on my way back to the hotel I lodge in after I went for sight seeing. The wallet contained all the valuables I had. Now, my passport is in custody of the hotel management pending when I make payment.

I am sorry if i am inconveniencing you, but i have only very few people to run to now. i will be indeed very grateful if i can get a loan of $2,850USD from you. this will enable me sort my hotel bills and get my sorry self back home. I will really appreciate whatever you can afford in assisting me with. I promise to refund it in full as soon as I return. let me know if you can be of any assistance. Please, let me know soonest. Thanks so much..

3 Rams Named Canada West All-Stars

EDMONTON, Alta. – Three members of the University of Regina Rams were selections on the 2009 Canada West all-star team announced Tuesday morning, including Bjorn Person, Perri Scarcelli, and Jordan Sisco.

Person, a fifth-year defensive tackle from Preeceville, had a career-high 15½ total tackles for the Rams in the regular season. He ends his five-season career with the Rams with 36½ total tackles including 6½ tackles for loss and three sacks.

“Bjorn worked very hard with us and is very deserving of his all-star award,” Rams head coach Frank McCrystal said. “He finished the season as the only returning player on the d-line and was a great anchor and leader for us there.”

Scarcelli, who became just the second kicker in Canada West history to hit 20 field goals in a season this year, was successful on 20 of his 23 field goal attempts and was a perfect 12-for-12 in point-after attempts. He ends his five-season career with the Rams ranked No. 3 in Canada West history with 56 field goals made.

“Perri had a great season for us,” McCrystal said. “He really responded well to the pressure and the leadership role that was thrust on him, and he was very much a factor in every game we played this season.”

Sisco, a fourth-year player who made the move from wide receiver to slotback this season, earns conference all-star honours for the second consecutive season. He led Canada West with 52 receptions and registered 700 receiving yards and two touchdown catches. Considered a prospect for the 2010 CFL Draft, Sisco needs just 33 more catches to surpass former Rams slotback Chad Goldie as Canada West’s all-time leader in career receptions.

“Jordan is quite simply one of the greatest receivers we’ve had here,” McCrystal said. “He has been an impact player from Day 1 with us, and we fully expect him to go on to a very successful professional career.”

The Rams have now had at least three Canada West all-stars in each of the last four seasons.

Huskies 53 Rams 23

SASKATOON, Sask. – The Saskatchewan Huskies scored touchdowns on four of their first six drives and cruised to a 53-23 win over the Regina Rams in a Canada West semifinal game on Saturday afternoon at Griffiths Stadium.

The Huskies opened the game with 33 consecutive points, getting three touchdown passes from Laurence Nixon and a pick six, a field goal, and two singles from Grant Shaw – all before the midway point of the second quarter.

Saskatchewan took a 25-point lead into halftime and outscored Regina by a 20-15 margin in the second half to secure the win, and advance while also ending Regina's season.
